Lora Banks, CPCC, PCC, founder of The Coach Approach, coaches executives, busy professionals and other highly motivated individuals to create sustainable personal and professional change. She utilizes a variety of coaching modalities including emotional intelligence, neuro-linguistic programming, co-active coaching, and systems coaching techniques. Her clients have included both individuals and teams at McKesson Corp., YAHOO!, Clorox, Boston Consulting Group, San Jose State University, RE/MAX Realty, and Prudential California Realty.
Prior to coaching, Lora spent ten years in the financial markets as an equity trader for Salomon Brothers, New York and Montgomery Securities and Banc America Securities in San Francisco. Her professional experience also includes six years as an entrepreneur and CEO of her own sports marketing firm. She brings to her coaching practice more than fifteen years of management and training experience in the financial markets, communications, consumer products, high technology, medical technology, health care, real estate, medicine, industrial, law and non-profit.
Lora earned the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation as well as Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute. She has studied coaching at John F. Kennedy University, and received a Certificate in Leadership from the Co-Active Space International Leadership Training Program. In addition, she is a graduate of the Organization, Relationship, and Systems Coaching (ORSC) training program through The Center for Right Relationship.
Lora has taught Business Communications at the Haas Graduate School of Business at U.C. Berkeley, Coaching and Leadership Tools for Managers at San Jose State University, and Coaching and Leadership for Managers for industry leaders in Mumbai, India. When Lora is not coaching, she spends her abundance of free time fitness training and raising four kids. She lives in the Marina neighborhood of San Francisco with her family. LeAnne Ravinale, MA, CPCC
LeAnne Ravinale has over 15 years experience in training, facilitation, coaching, and organizational development, working in the high tech industry, public education, non-profit, human resources and private consulting.
She is currently a human resources consultant in private practice and prior to that, a Senior Human Resources Manager in the software industry. She has designed and implemented training and organizational development programs including reductions in force and re-organizations, performance evaluation and job competencies, new hire and manager assimilation, and retaining high potential employees. She has also instructed and coached outplacement clients for companies such as Sun Microsystems, via her association with Right Management and trained technical assistance consultants for client care service.
She has designed and facilitated team development programs for three corporate consulting companies that specialize in experiential learning, working with clients such as National Semi-Conductor, Oracle, Siemens, Genentech, Charles Schwab, and Applied Materials.
She is also a mediator and trainer of mediators and has taught Conflict Resolution for the University of California, English as a Second Language at Feng Chia University in Taiwan, ROC, and Coaching Skills for Executives in Mumbai, India.
Ms. Ravinale holds a Master’s Degree in Social Marketing, with professional certifications in Human Resources (PHR), and Co-Active Coaching (CPCC). She has completed programs in Organizational Systems Coaching, as well the Co-Active International Leadership Program.

Terri Holmes, CPCC
Terri Holmes, CPCC coaches busy professionals to integrate health and wellness into all aspects of their personal and professional lives. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained through The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael and received additional coach training through John F. Kennedy University. Terri holds a certificate in Leadership from the Co-Active Space International Leadership Training Program and is a licensed Radiologic Technologist with the State and American Registry.
Terri brings to her wellness coaching practice over 30 years of experience in the health care industry. She continues to be involved in the industry through her position as a Radiographer at Mills Health Center where she specializes in CAT scans (R), (ARRT), (CT).
Terri was drawn into coaching for the same reasons she was drawn into health care - because of her desire to be a part of a growing field that could help people get, be and stay well. She treasures the one on one time with her patients and the opportunity to support them in their journey.
Terri’s hobbies include a small organic vegetable and fruit garden, wellness cooking, hiking, swimming, skiing, fitness training, photography and the art of making DVD’s to capture and celebrate the life of a person. Terri enjoys working with and supporting clients who are striving for increased health, vitality and overall wellness. She lives in California with her husband, son and Doga their Labrador retriever.
