Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps you produce the change and the results you want – in your life, career, businesses and relationships. Through the process of coaching, you deepen your learning, improve your performance, and enhance your quality of life.
In each meeting, you choose the focus of the conversation, while your coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves you into action. Coaching accelerates your progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where you are now and what you are willing to do to get where you want to be in the future, recognizing that results are a matter of your intentions, choices and actions, supported by the coach’s efforts and application of the coaching process.
Our coaches specialize in one or more of the following areas:
- Career
- Business
- Health and Wellness
- Relationships and Group Dynamics
- Personal Transformation
Our Model
Our services are grounded in the co-active model of coaching. Specifically, we start from the place that you are not broken and therefore, do not need to be fixed. Wherever you find yourself is the sum of your past choices and, the only place to launch a vision for your future, is exactly where you stand at this moment in time. You bring your own agenda to the coaching and your coach works along side you to crystallize that vision and achieve your goals. We maintain that all of the goals you set for yourself, for your career, your health, or your relationship, do not exist independent of each other. They are related and therefore, we coach the whole of your life, not the parts. And each coaching relationship is unique in that it is designed between coach and client. This is not cookie cutter, formula coaching but very much a dynamic process.
"Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle."
